We have a dedicated quality team and equipment calibrated, and we are doing every stage of measuring based on the drawing and customer demand. Vernier caliper, micrometer,Dry film thickness (DFT), metal tap, and threaded gauge.

 We are following the QMS system and maintaining the record of each and every stage, like receiving inspection, process control inspection,and final inspection on delivery stage.

 We are conducting certification tests, load tests, and MP tests (mechanical practical tests). To make certification easier to understand, we are placing the Par Number on part.

 Based on the load test and Mp test, we verify that the welded or dimensioned areas meet customer demands and the drawing specifications.
